Loft 4 is a cozy (97 sq ft), bright space on the second floor, suitable for one or two. The charm of the historic Harmony Centre has been updated with modern necessities – new fully-functioning screened windows, hardwired internet and wifi, and adjustable temperature control from within the space, as both heating and air-conditioning are supplied by an eco-friendly air-source heat pump. The cost is $300 (roughly $3/sq ft) monthly including utilities and wifi, with a possible rent subsidy for charities and not-for-profit organizations.
