Community Rates

Harmony Centre will subsidize the rent for charities, not-for-profits, and groups within our mandate to support those within our community that create, share, educate and perform.

Note: Available to rent evenings and weekends.    Weekday rentals for small, quiet events only.

Rates

  • Standard Weekday: $30/hr - $300/day
  • Community Weekday: $20/hr - $200/day
  • Standard Weekend: $60/hr - $500/day
  • Community Weekend: $40/hr - $300/day

NOTE: Gatherings of more than 100 people pay the above fee plus a $1 surcharge for every person over 100.

Capacity: 160

The Auditorium features a ​separate entrance and lobby, accessible washroom, amazing acoustics, multi-tiered stage, grand piano, and sound system.

 NEW! Now features a 3-camera recording and live streaming system.

  • Community Weekday: $20/hr - $200/day
  • Standard Weekend: $60/hr - $500/day

Capacity: 700

The Hall features an accessible and large open dining hall with washrooms, approved kitchen, dishes, tables, chairs, and linens.

The Tibbs Management Boardroom features a projector screen, flip chart, long meeting table, and easy access to the kitchenette.

Rates

  • Standard: 2 hour rental at $5/person ($20 minimum) - $120/day
  • Community: 2 hour rental at $3/person ($15 minimum) - $90/day

Capacity: Varies with use/seating

Studio 1 is a large room on the main floor with excellent natural light, a closet, cupboard space, an upright piano, and an attached washroom.

Rates

  • Standard: 2 hour rental at $5/person ($20 minimum) - $120/day
  • Community: 2 hour rental at $3/person ($15 minimum) - $90/day

Capacity: Varies with use/seating, 380 square feet

Studio 12 is a large bright open space to suit the needs of your program. Chairs can be set up in a circle, large tables set up in the middle, or use the room empty, if that's what you need.

  • Standard: 2 hour rental at $5/person ($20 minimum) - $120/day
  • Community: 2 hour rental at $3/person ($15 minimum) - $90/day

Capacity: Varies with use/seating, 380 square feet

A Health department approved kitchen to rent by the hour or the day. Stainless steel countertops, 3 deep sinks, 2 large fridges, new electric stove, and a 5 min/cycle commercial dishwasher.

  • Standard: $25/hr - $150/day
  • Community: $20/hr - $100/day
