About this space

Loft 6 is a 108 sq ft, bright, angular, space on the second floor, with sliding doors opening onto The Commons. It has all the charm of the historic Harmony Centre updated with modern necessities – new fully-functioning screened windows, hardwired internet and wifi, and adjustable temperature control from within the space, as both heating and air-conditioning are supplied by an eco-friendly air-source heat pump. (The radiator shown in the picture will be removed.) A kitchenette is available for coffee and lunch breaks.

Harmony Centre spaces are available at below-market cost to charities, not-for-profits, social change groups and those in the arts. The maximum cost for Loft 6 is $364 (roughly $3.21/sq ft) monthly, including utilities and wifi, with a possible rent subsidy for charities, not-for-profit organizations and those doing work for the benefit of the wider community.
