Laughter Unleashed

Who couldn’t use a good laugh!!  Laughter lightens mental stress, works your heart, lungs, and muscles and increases endorphins released by the brain.  The result?  A happy relaxed feeling that will leave you smiling for the rest of the day.

Revel in the joy of laughter in this interactive workshop! You’ll be led in fun, playful group exercises that will have you in stitches in no time. Shake off stress, connect with others. Unleash your laughter for a genuine mood-boosting experience. Ages 10 and up.

Bring indoor shoes, a water bottle and a playful spirit.  We will briefly lie on the floor.  If you prefer to lie on a mat or towel, bring that too.

Admission is Pay-What-You-Can to Harmony Centre’s Raise the Floor campaign to replace the worn flooring in the Lower Hall.
