Meet Stuart Reid…
I have been practicing yoga for 14 years. I have completed 1000 hours of interdisciplinary training with DevaTree School of Yoga. In addition to movement and flow, I have studied Meditation, Pranayama (breath practice), Ayurveda, Restorative, Bhakti (mantras and chanting), and earth-based Shamanistic practice. I am a seeker, committed to exploring how yoga can lead to profound truths about the universe and our place in it. Let’s work together to open our hearts, to find freedom, spreading love and goodwill that will heal our world.
What to expect in our classes…
Stuart leads a gentle class that incorporates movement, meditation, breathwork, and often restorative elements. Yoga is about exploration and expanding awareness of ourselves and our bodies. Beginners are always welcome. Bring your own mat, strap, blocks and a blanket, if you have.
