Join Karen Choi and guitarist Brendan Evans for a restorative blend of live music, gentle movement, breath work, and poetry—designed to ease stress, calm the mind, and refill your cup. All levels of mobility are welcome.
What to bring: a mat or blanket to lie on and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Optional, an eye pillow or covering.
